The blend consists of two different beans, where the first one adds spice and bitterness while the other one contributes with fruitiness and power. LIGHT DARK ROAST
Full-Flavoured Robust and Fruity
A dark roasted coffee where the intense flavours of black currant and black berries mixes with an echo of chocolate and nuts. The meet between fruitiness and the chocolate notes creates a round and robust blend. The Brasilian beans creating the base and the East African beans adds a fresh, fruity sweetness.
Round Gentle and Elegant
A gentle coffee with tastes of citrus and seared caramel. The silk smooth mouth texture of candid sugar comes form the Brasilian and Nicaraguan beans which also gives the coffee its back bone of light bitterness. The Peruvian beans adds even more sweetness and fore most the citric notes.
Round, Fruity and Savory
Give flour love and it becomes a good bread. Give milk Love so it becomes a good cheese. Give the bean love and it becomes a great coffee. It took many cafeinated evenings before me and Roast master Björklund to find the perfect blend. With a round and full-bodied taste and touches of fruitiness my blend will set a perfect ending to a great meal.
