Noah´s Ooops Filter ground
Sometimes everything goes according to plan.
Sometimes it goes… a little longer in the roast than planned.
This coffee was actually supposed to be our Svartån blend, but when the roasting dragged on a little longer, we suddenly found ourselves with 120 kilos of coffee that wasn’t quite what we had planned.
So we did what we always do: we cupped, measured the extraction and drank a few cups.
Instead of drinking it ourselves, we sell the coffee.
