Perla Negra Pink Bourbon is grown at 1,780 metres above sea level in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. Produced by the Sigilo team, this coffee reflects a commitment to sustainable farming, biodiversity and innovative processing. 
The coffee undergoes a unique Washed Thermal Shock process. Carefully selected ripe cherries are fermented anaerobically before a controlled fermentation with mucilage, yeast and must. The process is then halted with a thermal shock, preserving the coffee's most delicate aromatic compounds and enhancing flavour clarity. After slow, carefully managed drying and stabilisation, the result is an exceptionally expressive Pink Bourbon with remarkable precision and definition.
